Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SellWell ("the App"). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

SellWell analyzes your store's sales, identifies slow-selling products and, with your approval or in automatic mode, discounts them by changing product prices and compare-at prices, restoring the original prices afterwards. Features may change or be improved over time.

2. Your Responsibilities

• You decide which mode to use and configure discount ranges, rules and exclusions. You are responsible for the prices resulting from your settings and approvals, including any legal requirements for advertised discounts in your market.
• In automatic mode, the App changes prices without asking for approval each time, within the limits you set.
• End running campaigns before uninstalling the App; after uninstall the App can no longer restore prices on your behalf.

3. Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue, arising from your use of the App.

5. Termination

You may stop using the App and uninstall it at any time. Upon uninstall, your data is deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects any changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
